Ms. Kinney has extensive experience as an advocate for her clients in State and Federal court as well as in the arbitration and mediation process. She is a seasoned litigator with skill handling a wide variety of matters including litigating right of publicity, trademark infringement, copyright infringement, misappropriation of trade secrets, labor and employment, breach of contract and other intellectual property claims, defamation and right of privacy claims, First Amendment / anti-SLAPP matters, and coordinating, prosecuting and defending royalty accounting claims. She also has experience prosecuting and defending administrative actions filed with the Labor Commissioner under California’s Talent Agencies Act.

Ms. Kinney is available for mediation of disputes involving entertainment, trademark, and copyright law. Christiane is located in the Los Angeles area, but is available to travel to the mediation parties or provide online dispute resolution services.  Christiane examines the facts presented, and listens to the needs and driving forces of the parties in an effort to find resolution.
